Delivery Policy

We cook fresh every day and deliver it ourselves, close to our kitchen. Here is where we go and what to expect.

In short

  • We deliver within about 5 km of our kitchen in Dakshinpuri, New Delhi.
  • Your food comes in the lunch or dinner slot you chose at checkout.
  • Any delivery charge is shown before you pay.
  • Keep your phone on so our delivery person can reach you.

01Where we deliver

We deliver within about 5 km of our kitchen at J-393, Dakshinpuri, New Delhi 110062. This covers Dakshinpuri and nearby areas of South Delhi.

If your address is just outside this area, call or WhatsApp us before ordering and we will tell you if we can reach you. If you pay for an order we cannot deliver, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

02When we deliver

  • We deliver in a lunch slot and a dinner slot. You choose the slot and the date at checkout.
  • Orders can be placed for a future date. Our first deliveries start on 11 October 2026.
  • For tiffin plans, meals arrive in your chosen slot on each day of the plan, unless you pause it.

03Delivery charges

If there is a delivery charge, it is shown at checkout and included in the total before you pay. There are no hidden charges at the door. Please do not pay the delivery person any extra amount.

04Receiving your food

  • Please give your full address with house number, floor, lane and a landmark.
  • Keep your phone reachable around your slot time. Our delivery person will call when nearby.
  • If you are not home, tell us where to leave the food, for example with a neighbour or guard. Once handed over as you asked, the food is your responsibility.
  • If we cannot reach you or the address is wrong, we will try to call you. If the meal still cannot be delivered, it is not refundable, as it has already been cooked.

05Delays

We do our best to be on time. Heavy rain, traffic, festivals or other events outside our control can sometimes cause delays. If we are running late, we will try to let you know. If we miss your delivery because of our mistake, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

06Packing & freshness

Every meal is packed hot and sealed in clean, food-safe containers. Check the seal when you receive it. Home-style food has no preservatives, so please eat it within 2–3 hours, or refrigerate it and reheat well before eating.

07No outstation shipping

We are a local kitchen. We do not courier or ship food to other cities, and all orders are delivered by us within our delivery area.
